By purchasing a subscription, accessing our TradingView indicators, joining our Telegram groups, or participating in our webinars, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and Risk Disclaimer.

1. Service Description

RHO Market Navigator provides:

• TradingView Indicators: Dynamic trend channels, support/resistance identification, and automated TP/SL recommendations
• Telegram Signal Groups: Real-time trading signals for selected large-cap stocks across Hong Kong, Singapore, US markets, and Global Assets (Forex, Crypto, Commodities)
• Educational Webinars: Live training sessions on market analysis, indicator usage, and trading strategies
  • November 2025: Weekly webinars (4 sessions)
  • December 2025 - January 2026: Bi-weekly webinars (2 sessions per month)
  • February 2026 onwards: Monthly webinars (1 session per month)

ALL CONTENT PROVIDED BY RHO MARKET NAVIGATOR IS FOR EDUCATIONAL AND INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY.

• Nothing provided through our indicators, signals, webinars, or communications constitutes financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or any recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security or financial instrument
• We are not registered investment advisors, broker-dealers, or financial planners
• All information is provided "as-is" without warranty of any kind

• Third-Party Platforms: We rely on TradingView and Telegram. We are not responsible for failures or changes to these platforms

3.3 Hypothetical Performance Limitations

• Any backtested or hypothetical performance results have inherent limitations
• Hypothetical results do not represent actual trading and may not reflect the impact of market factors such as slippage, liquidity, and execution speed
• No representation is made that any account will or is likely to achieve profits or losses similar to those shown

4. Your Responsibility

YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR:

• All trading decisions you make based on our indicators, signals, or webinar content
• Conducting your own due diligence and research before executing any trades
• Understanding the risks associated with each financial instrument you trade
• Managing your own risk through appropriate position sizing and stop-loss orders
• Complying with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction

• No Profit Guarantee: We do not guarantee that you will make any profit. Many traders lose money
• No Accuracy Guarantee: We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any signals, indicators, or information provided
• No Performance Guarantee: Past performance of our signals or indicators does not guarantee future performance
• No Results Guarantee: Your results may vary significantly from any examples, testimonials, or performance statistics we provide

6. Subscription Terms

6.1 Billing & Payment

• Subscription Period: All subscriptions are billed on a 3-month basis
• Payment Processing: All payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew every 3 months unless cancelled
• Price Changes: We reserve the right to change subscription prices with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers

6.2 Cancellation & Refunds

• No Refund Policy: All subscriptions are non-refundable. Please review your plan carefully before purchasing
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Stripe customer portal
• Access After Cancellation: Upon cancellation, your access will continue until the end of your current billing period
• No Partial Refunds: We do not provide partial refunds for unused portions of your subscription

6.3 Account Terms

• Personal Use Only: Your subscription is for your personal use only and may not be shared, resold, or transferred
• Telegram Username Required: You must have a Telegram username set to access our signal groups
• TradingView Account: You need an active TradingView account to use our indicators
• Account Suspension: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms

7. Webinar Terms & Key Person Risk

7.1 Webinar Schedule

• November 2025: Weekly webinars (approximately 4 sessions)
• December 2025 - January 2026: Bi-weekly webinars (2 sessions per month)
• February 2026 onwards: Monthly webinars (1 session per month)

7.2 Webinar Content

Webinars typically cover:

• Macro trend analysis on major indices
• Performance review of specific instruments for the week
• Training on proper indicator usage
• Identification of upcoming trading opportunities

7.3 Key Person Risk

7.4 Webinar Access

• Webinar links will be shared via Telegram groups or email
• Recordings may or may not be provided at our discretion
• Webinar times are subject to change with reasonable notice
• Technical issues on your end are your responsibility

8. Intellectual Property

• All indicators, algorithms, signals, webinar content, and materials are proprietary to RHO Market Navigator
• You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or distribute any of our intellectual property
• You may not record, screenshot, or share webinar content without written permission
• Violation of intellectual property rights may result in immediate termination and legal action

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• RHO Market Navigator and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services
• We are not liable for any trading losses you may incur
• We are not liable for technical failures, system outages, or third-party platform issues
• We are not liable for cancelled or postponed webinars
• Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for your subscription in the past 3 months

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless RHO Market Navigator, its operators, employees, and affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of our services
• Your trading activities
• Your violation of these terms
• Your violation of any laws or regulations

11. Privacy & Data Collection

• We collect your email, Telegram username, and payment information to provide services
• Payment information is processed securely by Stripe; we do not store credit card details
• We may use your information to send service-related communications
• We do not sell your personal information to third parties
• We use analytics to improve our services

12. Modifications to Terms

• We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time
• Material changes will be communicated via email or Telegram
• Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance
• If you do not agree to changes, you may cancel your subscription

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately if:

• You violate these terms
• You engage in fraudulent activity
• You share your account or indicator access with others
• You attempt to reverse engineer our indicators
• Your payment method fails

14. Jurisdictional Compliance

• You are responsible for ensuring our services are legal in your jurisdiction
• Some jurisdictions restrict or prohibit certain types of trading
• We do not verify the legality of our services in your specific location
• By subscribing, you confirm you are legally permitted to use our services

15. Governing Law & Disputes

• These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore
• Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Singapore
• You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits

16. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

17. Entire Agreement

These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and RHO Market Navigator and supersede all prior agreements or communications.
